30,500 copies a week

Publication Day: Tuesday

Compiled each week with a rural focus, Western Magazine services a large section of NSW with the issues affecting the rural sector. The publication has recently undergone a facelift and a repositioning in the market as an important information tool for farmers with smaller holdings and non-farmers with an interest in rural issues.

The classified advertising section is sought after for the Positions Vacant and Tenders. The publication is inserted into 25 mastheads across a wide region between Tuesday and Friday, and has become an essential inclusion to the different publications that receive it. Stories, pictures and features are also available online.

The area covered by the Western Magazine includes: the dryland and irrigated broadacre farming and cotton belt of the Orana region and the rich Macquarie Valley; the mixed grazing, farming and horticultural belt of the Central West; the irrigated and dryland pasture, cropping and dairying area of the Lachlan Valley; the renowned fine wool centres of Yass, Mudgee and Bathurst; the multi-million dollar cherry producing region of Young; the famous Mudgee, Cowra and Orange wine growing areas and the hundreds of wool producing properties of the Far West.

Western Magazine offers advertisers effective local newspaper distribution. It is written and compiled by staff who actually live in and are part of the region. They know their market and report accurately and immediately.

Western Magazine appears in Gilgandra Weekly, Lithgow Mercury, Mudgee Guardian, Canowindra News, Coonamble Times, Cowra Guardian, Lake Cargelligo News, Narromine News, Nyngan Observer, Champion Post, Walgett Spectator, Wellington Times, Molong Express, Western Advocate, Blayney Chronicle, Daily Liberal, Forbes Advocate, Central Western Daily, Bourke Western Herald, Condobolin Lachlander, Yass Tribune, Grenfell Record, West Wyalong Advocate, Young Witness
