Prior to joining ACM, Tony performed various strategic leadership roles for News Corp Australia, Bauer Media, the New York Post and HT&E. Tony also led Australian Radio Network and News Magazines as Chief Executive Officer.

Rod Quinn is ACM’s editorial director, with responsibility for the journalism ACM publishes across newspapers and websites. Rod is a former editor-in-chief of The Canberra Times and editor of the Newcastle Herald, two of the 14 daily mastheads in ACM’s portfolio. 

Rod began his career as a cadet journalist at the Newcastle Herald. He was head of editorial production across Australia and New Zealand for Fairfax Media before taking on his present role with ACM in 2014. 

Rod led ACM’s editorial team during a major transformation program that reshaped the business for a digital future. Rod is based in Canberra.​

Chris started his journey with ACM in early 2022. He has performed CFO, M&A and advisory roles at large organisations in different industries for more than 10 years before joining our leadership team.

Chris has executive, advisory, restructuring and turnaround experience. Having been both a CFO and an advisor, it enables him to quickly identify key process and transactional issues and develop achievable strategies required to address these.​

Chris is a member of Chartered Accountant Australia and New Zealand.

Jarrah Petzold is a highly skilled marketer and leader with nearly two decades experience working in media and marketing.

Jarrah heads up ACM’s consumer, digital and trade marketing teams as well as the national design studio and Chi Squared – ACM’s research agency who founded Heartbeat of Australia in partnership with the University of Canberra.

Previously, Jarrah was Head of Marketing for News Corp Australia’s prestige brands The Australian, Vogue Australia and GQ where he championed many successful strategies including ‘For the informed Australian’ brand platform, and podcast  ‘The Teachers Pet’.
